Disclosures
The firm’s Form ADV brochures, its privacy notice, and where to find its public regulatory record.
Form ADV
Form ADV describes the firm’s services, fees, and conflicts of interest. Clients receive the brochure before entering an advisory agreement and each year afterward.
Public record
Additional information about Fauchard Investments is available on the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure website at adviserinfo.sec.gov, which carries the firm’s current registration, filing history, and Form ADV Part 1. Search it by the firm’s CRD number, 342056.
Privacy
The firm’s privacy notice describes what client information it collects, how that information is used and protected, and the choices clients have. Clients receive it when the relationship begins and each year afterward.
Fees
The firm is fee-only and is compensated solely through advisory fees paid by clients. The schedule is Item 5 of the Form ADV Part 2A and is published in full at Fees.
Custody
Client assets are held at Charles Schwab, which executes transactions and issues account statements and tax forms. The firm does not take physical possession of client assets. Advisory fees are deducted from client accounts by the custodian under the client’s written authorization, and where the advisory agreement grants discretionary authority the firm directs trading in those accounts.
